Why?

Increase awareness levels of Bentley’s “Luxury Performance” through a VIP motorsport experience, while providing a platform for local regions to host guests.

What?

Design and manage a guest programme for key customers attending and supporting the Blancpain race season at European circuits. Take the customers close to the action, behind the scenes and feel part of the Bentley race team. Produce onsite VIP hospitality environments and live day activities, with a consistent, luxury experience regardless of the location.

How?

We created the perfect premium guest journey plan to cover every last detail. This included the hire and fit out of suites, onsite catering, guest logistics, live day garage and technical tours, and circuit tours. The creation and production of a touring “event kit” was envisaged and installed at all events to ensure a high level of comfort, finish and consistency.
