            Proven experience in a senior project management role within events, experiential, client services or a similar environment

            Strong people leadership experience, including developing capability and managing team performance

           The Head of Event Operations is responsible for the leadership, performance and development of our operations function. Reporting to the Client Services Director, this role sits at the heart of our delivery team and is critical to ensuring safe, efficient and high‑quality execution of all live events and brand activations.

           In response to Sharp’s UEFA football sponsorship, they wanted to promote their brand by engaging with football supporters using Bio-Metric data.

           With such a large football audience, we needed to create a huge presence in the fan zones while collecting bio-metric data from watching supporters. This meant designing and building a bespoke tour unit known as the “Fan Lab”, which was fitted out with screens, computer analysing technology and football themed seating to host opposing supporters.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           The bespoke unit was tailored throughout using our in-house team. We then managed the comprehensive tour to attend press events and main match locations across Europe, culminating in Warsaw for the finals. The Bio-metric data analysis was able to show behavioural traits, such as which countries were more passionate and which supporters were more optimistic.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           The collected data was used to influence advertising during matches in different countries to ultimately enhance the strength of message and therefore sales at key times.

The brief was to create a premium space that reflected the Lexus brand and nationwide centre identity.

           Using new hydraulic technology, our designs developed a concept that allowed the hospitality unit to be fully detached from the towing vehicle and levelled to the ground, making it more open and inviting. Other key features included a large exterior LED screen and an expanding rear pod section, also on hydraulics, which doubled the internal space.

The strict race schedules meant non-stop action throughout the day and well into the night, all of which was covered and streamed through online media channels.

           Using the Japan Week Festival we wanted to tell the story of Takumi and the influence of Japanese culture on craftsmanship methods.

           With Lexus and selected Japanese brands from the food and drink industry, we set out to find a venue in central London that we can fully transform into a Takumi townhouse with a walk through zen garden. By developing relationships with the new partners and understanding their brand journeys, our goal was to engage with the public and immerse them into the stories behind the Takumi process behind their products.
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;

           The environment was key so we designed the space using premium reusable materials to reflect Japanese culture and provide each partner a themed platform to present their brands and sample their products. The MSL operational team were fully responsible for the management of the logistics and install which was not an easy feat in Covent Garden!
          &#xD;
    &lt;/span&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;/p&gt;&#xD;
  &lt;p&gt;&#xD;
    &lt;span&gt;&#xD;
      &lt;br/&gt;&#xD;

           Over 8 brand partners worked together through MSL. The Takumi Townhouse became the epicentre to Festival week itself and the venue hosted the opening VIP and media party. The forest garden was fully reusable.

The creation and production of a touring “event kit” was envisaged and installed at all events to ensure a high level of comfort, finish and consistency.
