About the role

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and connecting with people?

As a Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of our clients' brands, responsible for representing them with enthusiasm, professionalism, and authenticity. Your primary role will involve interacting with the general public, educating them about our clients' products, and creating positive brand experiences. Whether it's engaging with people at live events, conducting product demonstrations, or capturing and generating leads, you'll play a crucial role in bringing our clients' visions to life.

This is an exciting position, to work as part of a fun and supportive team within a growing business. Plenty of training and learning opportunities will be offered to ensure you develop and maintain comprehensive brand product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Engage with the public in a friendly and approachable manner
• Educate people about our clients' brands, products, and key messaging
• Demonstrate products and answer questions effectively
• Generate excitement and enthusiasm for the brand through storytelling and interaction
• Collect feedback and insights to inform future activations
• Represent the brand with professionalism and integrity at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of activations

Key skills / experience

• Previous experience in customer service or promotional roles is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality
• Ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working in fast-paced and varied environments
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
• Must have reliable transportation to travel to event locations
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry beneficial, but not essential
