Are you a senior leader who can think strategically, lead people, and drive operational change?


MSL is looking for a Senior Client Services / Project Delivery Director to join our senior leadership team and take ownership of a key client account while shaping the growth and processes of a fast-paced agency.


This is a pivotal leadership role. You will own and nurture our relationship with a key retained client, overseeing their year-round programme of experiential events. You’ll balance strategic planning with hands-on leadership, driving continuous process improvement while coaching, inspiring, and developing your project team to deliver exceptional results. Your work will shape client outcomes, team performance, and MSL’s growth.


Key responsibilities:

  • Lead a high-profile client relationship, acting as the primary contact for senior stakeholders.
  • Oversee the delivery of a large programme of experiential events with full operational, project management and financial ownership.
  • Drive strategic change and continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and team performance.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a multi-skilled project team, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Conceive and pitch new event concepts, spotting growth opportunities and delivering excellence in every project.
  • Own financial management and commercial performance, reporting progress and opportunities to the client and senior leadership.


What are we looking for:

  • Proven experience in senior client management, preferably in events or experiential marketing.
  • Strong hands-on experience delivering complex experiential programmes, balancing strategic oversight with operational control.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills — able to coach, inspire, and develop teams while driving change.
  • Demonstrable experience in process ownership and continuous improvement, with a kaizen mindset.
  • Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
  • Highly organised, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.


Requirements:

  • Strong interest in events, experiential marketing, and exposure to the automotive sector.
  • You must have a clean driving license and able to commute to our offices in Bordon.
