About the role
As a Brand Ambassador, first impressions count. At our live events, you will be representing a luxury, prestigious automotive brand built on reputation and quality, you will have a natural flair to inspire and educate positive brand storytelling. A brand who are recent winners of Best Customer Service, Reliability, Design and Manufacturer Awards, you understand and enjoy delivering memorable brand experiences face to face for every stakeholder.
Your role is responsible for providing genuine hospitality and customer service to every guest. By proactively engaging with people at every live event, sharing your passion and enthusiasm for the brand, and listening and relating to every individual to understand their needs and share your knowledge.
This is an exciting position, to work as part of a team and succeed within a growing business. Plenty of training and learning opportunities will be offered to ensure you develop and progress within the role.
About you
• Passionate about first class customer service – best experience is always given
• Ability to work as part of a team and take direction from multiple people, as necessary
• A natural communicator, a love of marketing and brand storytelling to deliver key messages
• Develop positive relationships with key stakeholders at all levels
• Open minded and confident, not afraid to approach and engage with people face to face

• Ability to work flexibly, events can include evenings, weekends, and bank holidays

Key skills/experience
• Previous experience within a face to face customer service role, we value experience over education
• Demonstrate understanding of working with or for a global, luxury corporate brand
• Genuine interest in the automotive industry, beneficial, but not essential
• IT savvy, able to use Microsoft Office, new technology, tablets and smart phones
• Must have a full clean driving license and own transport

About the role
MSL Global might be the behind-the-scenes professionals at activations and live experientials, but our clients trust us and our reputation is second to none because we will always deliver successful events as a team.
This will be a hands on role, where no two days are the same. Work can include anything from loading the yard, to driving the support fleet to event locations around the country, to setting up or taking down event staging. It can be tiring and there will be days where the hours are long and may include evenings, weekends or nights away.
We are a small and dedicated team who value our staff and will ensure training and support is provided, no matter what the task. We operate on a daily rate of pay (rates vary depending on role and experience) and where applicable, accommodation and/or subsistence allowance is paid.
About you
This is a flexible role that you can fit around other work or schedules, but when on-site you will need to be reliable and proactive, with a keen eye for detail and a ‘can do’ attitude. Previous event build experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
The right candidate will consider themselves physically fit, as the job will also entail setting up and taking down event builds. There will also be some client interaction on site, so a smart appearance and a smile will go a long way. Not fazed by a challenge, this is a role for someone who likes variety and working as part of a team.
You must be able to reach our Bordon offices easily in order to attend briefings and access our fleet and event kit.
A full clean driving license is essential and a Category BE license will provide more opportunities for some of the work we can offer.
