PROJECT CO-ORDINATOR

Are you a Project Co-ordinator looking for your next exciting move?
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, energetic Project Co-ordinator to support our Project Managers in the day-to-day delivery of client work. You’ll work alongside experienced Project Managers to help deliver standout brand experiences from concept to going live on location.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a love for live events, looking to build their career in project management in a hands-on, collaborative, creative environment.
About the role
You’ll assist Project Managers with the planning and delivery of experiential campaigns, events and activations, maintaining project timelines and schedules —ensuring everyone stays on track and in the loop.
You’ll book suppliers, travel and accommodation and manage some of our inhouse resources. You’ll support our team of Brand Ambassadors, and assist co-ordinating the teams at live events. Working closely with the creative, operations and account teams, you’ll help to ensure seamless project delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers with the coordination and delivery of experiential campaigns, events, and activations.
- Manage project timelines and schedules, keeping all teams aligned and up to date.
- Handle bookings for suppliers, travel, and accommodation.
- Oversee and support the use of in-house resources.
- Provide logistical support to Brand Ambassadors and help coordinate on-site event teams.
- Work collaboratively with the creative, operations, and account teams to ensure seamless project execution.
About you
- Proven experience working in an administrative role and supporting in a live events setting.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks or projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with a client-first approach.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset, capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- You must be able to commute to our offices in Bordon, whilst we offer flexible working, the role is office based.
- Ability to travel to any of our national events, as required.
