About the role

Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge and career move?


This is an exciting opportunity to work across a varied sports sponsorship programme, delivering live events at major sporting venues. You’ll manage substantial budgets and oversee complex logistics to create impactful, high-quality experiences for audiences nationwide.


This role is ideal for an experienced professional with a background in live, experiential, roadshow, or multi-activation campaigns, due to the complexity of the logistics, this is not suited to those from digital or social media backgrounds.


Key responsibilities:

  • Project manage end-to-end delivery of roadshow-style activations at sporting venues nationwide, from pitch and proposal to post-event analysis.
  • Manage substantial event budgets, ensuring cost-effective delivery without compromising on quality.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and venues to ensure smooth, high-quality execution.
  • Oversee on-site build, manage teams, lead client walk-throughs, and handle live event delivery.
  • Respond to evolving requirements and resolve on-site challenges quickly and effectively.
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with clients through clear communication and reliable delivery.
  • Work closely with key sports stakeholders to ensure seamless operations at all UK locations.
  • Support asset and inventory management and coordinate vehicles to meet activation needs across all venues.


What are we looking for:

  • 5+ years of event project management experience, leading multi-activation campaigns and/or roadshows.
  • Proven experience in end-to-end (from pitch presentations to planning, delivery, final reconciliation and reporting) project management.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing large-scale live or experiential events, preferably with an agency background.
  • Budget management, ensuring set budgets are agreed and delivered against, ROI and post event analysis and reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex logistics.
  • Willingness to travel to sporting events across the UK, particularly between May and September, including some evenings and weekends.
  • Full UK driving licence essential and the ability to commute to Bordon with ease.
  • Automotive experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
